At our imported products the guarantee is at producer company.

In case of any complaint, please apply for OKYAY GELENEKSEL for help or further information. If any problem occurs because of consumer fault we can fix it with a fee. If any problem occurs due to producer company, we can fix it without a fee.

Please check and examine your order when you delivered it from the shipment company for any possible damages and harms. If so do not accept the product.

The return policy of OKYAY GELENEKSEL:

Your ordered product must be unused.

Your product must not have any damages, scratches, glue marks or sandpaper marks on it.

In these cases, you can return your product within 7 days to OKYAY GELENEKSEL.
